Good morning.

An often confusing aspect of practicing Stoicism, and living life in general, is figuring out how we should behave toward external things like property, possessions, and wealth.

It’s tempting to think that Stoics should reject all material benefits. Should we, like an ascetic, avoid all forms of indulgence and abstain from all worldly pleasures?

Well, in a word: No.
