Good morning.
Do you ever experience a jolt from the past that disrupts your present?
You’ll be going about your everyday tasks, perfectly focused, basically content, and then a thought intrudes: Why did I do that? Or: I wish that hadn’t happened. Or: If only I could go back in time.
You could be at work, and the random reminiscence causes you to become distracted. Maybe you’re talking to someone, and you stop paying attention to what they’re saying, lost in your own thoughts. Or you’re in bed, trying to sleep, but regrets won’t let you.
