Life moves fast. It’s easy to get caught up in the everydayness of every day. It’s easy to lose sight of what matters, and of ourselves.
That’s where having a philosophy of life can make a real difference. Stoicism is a practical, time-tested philosophy that helps us stay grounded, focused, and intentional about how we live.
We read about Stoicism and feel inspired by its clarity and strength. But when life picks up speed again, it’s all too easy to forget what we’ve learned. Without daily reminders or structure, we fall back into reacting, rather than living with purpose.
To help with this, I put together a simple Stoic daily routine. It’s a habit-building resource (as are my Micro Morning Meditations) to help make this philosophy a real and lasting part of your everyday life. Whether you’re new to Stoicism or revisiting its core ideas, this routine offers a practical way to bring more direction to your day.
You can download the PDF here. I hope it serves you well.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Feel free to let me know if this is helpful or if there are other parts of your day you’re applying Stoicism to!
All the best,
Allan
This is great! Thank you
To everyone trying to live like a Stoic in a world designed to break your focus: respect. It’s one thing to read Marcus Aurelius, another to channel him mid-meltdown. How do you remind yourself to stay grounded when it counts?
